2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
• Business accounts must be registered by authorized representatives of the company.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• RajSolutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another party.

Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• You may request account closure by contacting customer support.
• Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

3. Services Provided

Our Services Include:

• Express Delivery: Fast shipping solutions for time-sensitive shipments
• Standard Delivery: Cost-effective shipping for regular shipments
• Freight Forwarding: Domestic and international freight services
• E-commerce Fulfillment: Order processing, warehousing, and delivery for online businesses
• Last-Mile Delivery: Door-to-door delivery services
• Warehousing Solutions: Storage and inventory management
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment collection services
• Reverse Logistics: Return pickup and processing
• Tracking Services: Real-time shipment tracking and updates

Service Limitations:

• Services are subject to availability in specific geographic locations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited items or suspicious shipments.
• Service levels and timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery (see Section 15).

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, distance, and service type.
• Additional charges may apply for special services (insurance, COD, remote area delivery, etc.).
• Fuel surcharges and other applicable taxes will be added as per prevailing rates.

Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made in full before shipment pickup or as per agreed credit terms.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and bank transfer.
• For credit account holders, payment is due as per the agreed credit period.
• Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of services.
• All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Invoicing:

• Invoices will be provided via email or through your account dashboard.
• You are responsible for reviewing invoices and reporting discrepancies within 7 days.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian tax laws.

5. Shipment Requirements and Restrictions

Shipper Responsibilities:

• Accurate and complete sender and recipient information must be provided.
• Proper packaging as per our guidelines is mandatory.
• Accurate declaration of contents, value, and weight is required.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, or certificates for restricted items.

Prohibited Items:

• Explosives, firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Hazardous materials, toxic chemicals, and radioactive substances
• Counterfeit goods, pirated items, and intellectual property violations
• Live animals (except with special authorization)
• Perishable items without proper packaging and authorization
• Currency, negotiable instruments, and precious metals (unless authorized)
• Obscene, pornographic, or offensive materials
• Items prohibited by Indian law or international regulations

Restricted Items:

• Lithium batteries (must comply with IATA regulations)
• Perfumes, aerosols, and flammable liquids (limited quantities with approval)
• Medicines and pharmaceuticals (require proper documentation)
• High-value items (subject to additional security and insurance requirements)

6. Liability and Insurance

Standard Liability:

• Our standard liability is limited to ₹5,000 per shipment or the declared value (whichever is lower).
• Liability is limited to direct loss only; no consequential or indirect damages are covered.
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by:
• Act of God, force majeure events, or natural disasters
• Improper packaging by the shipper
• Inherent nature of the goods
• Shipper's fault or negligence
• Prohibited or undeclared items
• Government actions, customs delays, or legal proceedings

Insurance:

• Optional insurance available for declared value coverage.
• Insurance premium is calculated as a percentage of declared value.
• Insurance claims must be filed within 7 days with proper documentation.
• Insurance does not cover prohibited items, improper packaging, or inherent defects.

Claims Process:

• Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
• Required documents: invoice, packing list, photos (for damage), proof of value.
• Claims are processed within 30 business days subject to investigation.
• Decisions by RajSolutions management regarding claims are final and binding.

7. Delivery Terms

Delivery Timelines:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Timelines exclude pickup day, public holidays, and Sundays.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Attempts:

• Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made at the recipient's address.
• Recipient or authorized person must be available to receive the shipment.
• Valid photo ID proof is required for delivery verification.
• After failed delivery attempts, shipment will be returned to origin (RTO charges apply).

Address Changes:

• Address changes may be requested before shipment reaches destination city.
• Additional charges apply for address modification or re-routing.
• Address changes are subject to serviceability and acceptance.

8. Returns and Refunds

Service Refunds:

• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure as determined by RajSolutions.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

RTO (Return to Origin):

• RTO charges apply for shipments returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or recipient refusal.
• RTO charges will be deducted from COD amount or billed to shipper's account.
• Shipper is responsible for re-delivery charges if shipment is to be sent again.

Cancellation:

• Shipments can be cancelled before pickup at no charge.
• Once picked up, cancellation may incur charges up to 50% of shipping cost.
• Cancellations must be requested through customer support or your account dashboard.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
• We may share information with service providers, courier partners, and as required by law.
• By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information (subject to legal requirements).

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:

• All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by RajSolutions or its licensors.
• Content is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

16. Indemnification

• Your shipment of prohibited items or failure to comply with applicable laws

17. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

• Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Contact us at support@rajsolutions.co.in with details of your dispute.
• We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Arbitration:

• If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Arbitration will be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver:

• You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only.
• You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

19. Modifications to Terms
