- Metro Cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, and more.
- Regional Coverage: Extensive network reaching tier-2, tier-3 cities and rural areas.
- Remote Areas: Additional transit time may apply for shipments to remote or difficult-to-access locations.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery:
- Within City: 1-2 business days
- Metro to Metro: 2-4 business days
- Metro to Non-Metro: 3-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-8 business days
Express Delivery:
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities (order before 12 PM)
- Next Day Delivery: Available for metro-to-metro shipments
- Express Service: 1-3 business days for most locations
3. Shipping Methods
Surface Shipping:

- Ideal for bulk orders and heavy packages

Air Shipping:

4. Shipping Charges
- Weight-Based Pricing: Shipping charges are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
- Distance-Based Pricing: Charges vary depending on origin and destination zones.
- Value-Added Services: Additional charges apply for services like insurance, COD, fragile handling, etc.
- Fuel Surcharge: A fuel surcharge may be applied based on current fuel prices.
- Custom Quotes: For bulk shipments or special requirements, contact us for customized pricing.
5. Tracking & Updates
- Real-Time Tracking: Track your shipment 24/7 using the tracking number provided.
- SMS & Email Updates: Receive automatic notifications for pickup, in-transit, out-for-delivery, and delivery status.
- Online Portal: Access detailed shipment history and status through our website.
- Customer Support: Our support team is available to assist with tracking queries.
6. Packaging Guidelines
General Guidelines:
- Use sturdy, corrugated boxes appropriate for the weight and size of contents
- Wrap items individually with bubble wrap or protective material
- Fill empty spaces with cushioning material to prevent movement
- Seal packages securely with quality packing tape
- Label packages clearly with complete sender and recipient information
Special Items:
- Fragile Items: Mark clearly as "FRAGILE" and use extra padding
- Liquids: Use leak-proof containers and double packaging
- Electronics: Use original packaging when possible or anti-static materials
- Documents: Use waterproof envelopes or document pouches
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:
- Explosive materials, firearms, ammunition, and weapons
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
- Hazardous chemicals and radioactive materials
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Perishable food items (without proper authorization)
- Live animals or plants (except with special permits)
- Currency, coins, and negotiable instruments
- Obscene or pornographic material
- Items that violate Indian laws or regulations
Note: Shipment of prohibited items may result in legal action, confiscation, and account termination.
8. Insurance & Liability
Shipment Insurance:
- Optional insurance available for declared value of goods
- Insurance covers loss or damage during transit
- Premium calculated as a percentage of declared value
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery/loss
Liability Limits:
- Standard liability: Up to ₹5,000 per shipment without insurance
- Maximum liability limited to declared value with insurance
- No liability for prohibited items or improperly packaged goods
- Claims require proper documentation and proof of value
9. Returns & Reverse Pickup
- Reverse Logistics: We offer return pickup services for e-commerce and business clients
- Scheduled Pickup: Returns can be scheduled through our online portal or customer support
- Return Shipping: Charges apply as per standard shipping rates unless pre-arranged
- COD Returns: Cash on Delivery available for return shipments
- Quality Check: Returns are inspected before processing refunds or exchanges
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD service available for most serviceable locations
- COD charges apply based on order value and location
- Maximum COD limit: ₹50,000 per shipment (subject to approval)
- COD amount remitted within 3-7 business days after successful delivery
- Proper documentation required for COD shipments
11. Pickup Services
Scheduled Pickup:
- Free pickup for bulk shipments (minimum 10 shipments)
- Pickup slots: Morning (9 AM - 1 PM), Afternoon (2 PM - 6 PM)
- Book pickup online or via customer support 24 hours in advance
- Multiple pickup attempts may incur additional charges
Drop-Off:
- Drop your shipments at our nearest branch or partner location
- Extended drop-off hours at select locations
- Get instant receipt and tracking number
12. Delivery Failures & Exceptions
Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
- SMS/Email notification sent before each attempt
- Recipient must be available to receive shipment
- Valid ID proof required for delivery
RTO (Return to Origin):
- Shipments returned after failed delivery attempts
- RTO charges apply and will be deducted from COD amount or billed separately
- Sender notified before RTO initiation
- Alternative delivery options available (change address, hold for pickup)
13. Claims & Disputes
Filing a Claim:
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- Provide tracking number, invoice, photos (for damage), and supporting documents
- Claims processed within 15-30 business days
- Investigation may require additional documentation
Resolution:
- Lost shipments: Compensation up to declared/insured value
- Damaged shipments: Repair cost or replacement value
- Delayed shipments: Refund of shipping charges (at management discretion)
- All decisions by RajSolutions management are final
14. Holidays & Non-Working Days
- No pickup or delivery on national holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, etc.)
- Limited services on regional holidays depending on location
- Sunday operations available in select cities at additional charges
- Holiday calendar published annually on our website
- Transit times extended by non-working days
15. Policy Updates
- RajSolutions reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time
- Changes will be posted on our website with updated effective date
- Customers will be notified of significant policy changes via email
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated policies
